Kimberly Smrek Joins Gold Services Team

As a mortgage industry professional for the past 14 years, I am dedicated to helping home buyers fully understand the process of purchasing a home whether it’s their first time, second time or even third time purchasing.  Getting to know my clients and understanding their long-term needs and goals is very important to me so that I am able to present the best available financing options to them.  Many first-time home buyers are unsure of what questions to ask.  I believe that educating buyers and providing accurate, easily understandable information will help them better understand the process and loan programs and create productive dialogue conducive to a comfortable and smooth transaction.

  Communication and attention to detail are of the utmost importance when completing a loan application as well as following up on the process after receiving a ratified contract.  I find that it is not only important to provide my clients the status of their loan frequently, but it is equally as important to notify both their realtor and the listing realtor so that we are all on the same page and remain on target for the scheduled closing date.
 
Buying a home is one of the biggest transactions home buyers make in their lives.  I’ve learned in this business that by sharing my knowledge, setting my clients’ expectations and guiding them through the process, I am able to make their purchase a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable.
