This event is for elementary school-aged kids and their parents. Parents will hear 15-minute presentations from police officers and school officials on school emergency procedures, cyber bullying, and mental health. Meanwhile, River Hill Community Association’s Teen Advisory Committee and Howard County Police will entertain the kids with crafts, games, and plays that focus on empathy, compassion and helping others.
